W內部奉行野狗文化,主張高速實效解決問題,因此部門規劃極簡,
直接去除傳統客服部門,全公司設立 “文策部” 與“創造部”兩大部門。
在“創造部”之下另設置“野狗音樂艙”和“野狗科藝艙”兩大獨立運作部門。
另建立“品牌艙”構建野狗IP品牌及孵化新自運營項目,將原創產品、內容、及品牌三者結合。
Inside W, we are faithful disciples of “Wild Dog” Culture, advocating an efficient approach of solving problems. So, we share a very simple departmental structure and streamline the traditional service department by dividing the whole company into two major departments- “Copywriting and Planning Department” and “Creative Department”. We also set up another three independent departments, namely, “W Music Cabin”, “W Tech-art Cabin” and “W Brand Cabin”.
